I run NoahAgency as a solo specialist. That is a deliberate choice, not a stage I am waiting to grow out of.

When you hire an agency, your project is usually built by whoever is free that week. When you hire me, I write the scope, I build it, and I am the one who answers when something needs changing six months later. There is no account manager translating your problem into a brief for someone you will never speak to.

I have spent the last several years working in GoHighLevel and nothing else: CRM and pipelines, workflows, funnels, email and SMS, memberships, and the integrations that connect it to payment, accounting and e signature tools. Most of my work comes through Fiverr and Upwork, where I hold a Level 2 seller rating, and increasingly through referrals from clients I built for a year ago.

I work with service businesses: agencies, financial advisors, real estate teams, home services companies, insurance brokers, training providers and professional firms. The common thread is that they all depend on following up with people properly and consistently, and they were all doing it manually before.
